The following are examples of results obtained by companies that have applied our methodologies:

· A reduction of operating costs. The final cost reductions exceeded the target by over one hundred percent.

· A new approach to after sales technical assistance. Three divisions located in different continents developed and implemented an innovative and uniform approach which resulted in a reduction of call-out time and costs. A system for greatly improving communication between divisions was also developed and implemented.

· Shared business processes following the acquisition of two companies in the same sector. Before our intervention the new divisions were adamant that the processes could not be merged as the client base and products were different. The shared processes allowed the multinational to implement a new, and single, IT system throughout the company.

· A new performance measurement system that assures that both individuals and functions support the business processes and company goals.
